These general terms and conditions apply to all services provided by AnyLang© to you as a Customer. This agreement governs your relationship with AnyLang© and use of the the services provided by AnyLang©. You may use the services provided by AnyLang© only on the conditionthat you accept all of terms and conditions contained herein. Using the services provided by AnyLang© indicates that you acceptthese terms of service. If you do not accept these terms of service, do not use AnyLang© website or services.
1.1.To open an account in AnyLang© and use it's services, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the registration form. You then will choose a password. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account.Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
1.2.You agree to inform AnyLang© team immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
2.1.AnyLang© has a strong commitment to providing superior service to all of our customers and visitors and particularly respecting their concerns about privacy. Any information provided by our customers is strictly confidential and cannot be provided to other companies or individuals as well as be an object of exchange or selling.
When paying for AnyLang© translation services you provide your payment card details not to AnyLang© but to the processing company securing all the transactions with payment cards.
3.1.You agree that AnyLang© is not responsible for the storage or removal of your correspondence or other information.
4.1.As a condition of your use of the service, you warrant to AnyLang© that you will not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions and notices.
4.2.By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree not to: publish, distribute or disseminate any inappropriate, profane, defamatory, infringing, obscene, indecent or unlawful material or information; harvest or otherwise illegally collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent; transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, or any other harmful or deleterious programs; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the service, through password mining or any other means; publish publicly advertising, as well as e-mails, links, postal addresses, telephone numbers and other contact information; mislead or persecute other users.
5.1.Please, pay your attention to the fact that all the texts at AnyLang© are translated not by a machine but by highly qualified translators. Every translated text is a hard work of our translators' team that must be paid. We kindly ask you to realize that translation is a piece of information which once rendered cannot be then got back. For that reason we ask every user to treat every transaction with utmost seriousness. We warrant you high quality of the rendered service. In case some translation seems incorrect, we are ready to work on it until you are fully satisfied. In view of the aforementioned, only double transactions being result of a technical bug or a human mistake (Internet connection interrupting or a client inadvertently submitting a transaction twice etc.) are a subject of a return. In this case a client must notify AnyLang© administration about the double transaction within 12 hours after the mistaken transaction took place. The mistaken transaction will be cancelled and the funds for it will be returned to the client. We don’t have partial refunds, so, please, add to you balance those sum of money that you intend to spend. We can refund only the latest transaction on condition that you have it in full on your balance.
6.1.The information and services included in or available through the service may include inaccuracies or typographical errors. Changes are periodically added to the information herein. AnyLang© team may make improvements and/or changes in the service at any time.
6.2.AnyLang© reserves the right at all times to monitor, review, retain and/or disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request.
6.3.AnyLang© does not represent or warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. However, AnyLang© stuff will do their best to make all the necessary improvements as soon as possible.
7.1.AnyLang© reserves the right to change Terms and Conditions any of AnyLang© services or policies at any time and to notify you only by posting an updated version of Terms and Conditions on this web site. You are responsible for reviewing Terms and Conditions. If you continue to use AnyLang© after changes and updates then you agree on them.
